This photo was used as the cover of a 1982 Gustav Records compilation of New Haven bands entitled "IT HAPPENED BUT NOBODY NOTICED". Disturbance were going to be on it, but our recording was unusable due to some technical reason. (Something to do with DBX encoding, if I remember correctly.)

ATTENTION SHOPPERS!
DISTURBANCE are among the 26 bands included on the newly released and expanded Gustav Records compilation and documentation of the 1980's Connecticut rock scene:
IT HAPPENED...BUT NOBODY NOTICED
"In 1982, Connecticut music compilation 'It Happened... But Nobody Noticed' was released on Gustav Records. This release contained 13 songs by Southern Connecticut bands loosely affilliated with the New Haven music scence that centered around Ron's Place, and later, Brothers III."

"In 2007, while attending Meriden's Daffodil Festival, Gustav Records head honcho Craig Bell began receiving inquires: why hasn't this historic record been released on CD? This took him a bit by suprise in regards to the esteem the record has generated over the years, and he thought, yes indeed, why not?"

"Now it has."

Gustav Records has taken the original 13 recordings and added 13 more tracks by bands from this era and are proud to announce the release of 'It Happened...But Nobody Noticed/Temps Supplémentarie' (GTCD1) Release Date: March 18, 2008
